ABOUT CEPHUS
Cephus is on a mission to die empty! He’s a dedicated father of 4, and husband of 25 years in marriage! Three of his children are in college on full athletic scholarships majoring in marketing, communications, and sports psychology. His daughter is on that same educational path.
Cephus has an electric personality that connects with people. Being born and raised in church has benefited him greatly by giving him the ability to have a hands-on approach, with leadership, serving the community, as a musician, and speaking.
Cephus also has a ton of experience in Corporate America and has worked for some of the major players. This afforded him the opportunity to really help cultivate his skillset by receiving certifications in communications, being an effective leader, coaching & development, building training curriculums, resolving conflict, dynamic speaking, working with high-level leadership, and more!
Although he has many achievements in life, Cephus experienced some rough times during his early childhood! From the age of five, until he was 23 years old, Cephus was fatherless!
During the 80’s, crack was a huge epidemic, and his father was caught in the whirlwind. Although he loved his father greatly, Cephus allowed that pain he experienced to motivate him with a high level of determination! He understood he had to grow up quickly and was motivated to have a family so that he could provide the love and stability it deserves!
Cephus was married at 19 years of age, with a set of twins at 21! He understood it was no longer about him and took an unselfish position and shifted the focus to his children. He allowed the hurt he experienced during his early childhood, to fuel him to prepare his children for life.
